Mobiqo Phone - حذف الحساب والبيانات

في Mobiqo Phone نحترم خصوصية المستخدمين وحقهم في التحكم في بياناتهم الشخصية.

إذا كنت ترغب في حذف حسابك وبياناتك الشخصية المرتبطة بالتطبيق بشكل دائم، يمكنك القيام بذلك بإحدى الطرق التالية:

الطريقة الأولى: حذف الحساب من داخل التطبيق

إذا كانت ميزة حذف الحساب متاحة في إصدار التطبيق الذي تستخدمه:

1. افتح تطبيق Mobiqo Phone.
2. انتقل إلى صفحة الإعدادات (Settings).
3. اضغط على خيار حذف الحساب (Delete Account).
4. اتبع التعليمات الظاهرة لتأكيد عملية الحذف.

الطريقة الثانية: طلب حذف الحساب عبر البريد الإلكتروني

يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك الشخصية عن طريق التواصل معنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني التالي:

يُفضل إرسال الطلب من نفس البريد الإلكتروني المسجل بالحساب.

يرجى تضمين المعلومات التالية:

• البريد الإلكتروني المرتبط بالحساب.
• رقم الهاتف المرتبط بالحساب (إن وجد).
• الاسم الكامل (اختياري).
• طلب صريح بحذف الحساب والبيانات المرتبطة به.

ماذا يحدث بعد تقديم الطلب؟

بعد التحقق من ملكية الحساب، سيتم حذف الحساب والبيانات الشخصية المرتبطة به خلال فترة زمنية معقولة.

قد نحتفظ ببعض البيانات لفترة محدودة إذا كان الاحتفاظ بها مطلوباً قانونياً أو لأسباب تتعلق بالأمان أو منع الاحتيال أو حل النزاعات أو المتطلبات المحاسبية والتنظيمية.

Account Deletion Request

Section Phone - Account and Data Deletion

At Section Phone, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data.

If you wish to permanently delete your account and associated personal data, you may use one of the following methods:

Method 1: Delete Your Account From the App

If the feature is available in your version of the application:

1. Open the Section Phone application.
2. Navigate to Settings.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm account deletion.

Method 2: Request Account Deletion by Email

You may request account deletion by contacting us at:

Please send the request using the same email address associated with your account whenever possible.

Include the following information:

• Registered email address.
• Registered phone number (if applicable).
• Full name (optional).
• A clear request to delete your account and associated data.

What Happens After Your Request?

After verification of account ownership, your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted within a reasonable period.

Certain information may be retained where required by law, for security purposes, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting obligations, or other legitimate legal requirements.
